DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with Carrier Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
CAUTIONS: Before use, consult your qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Apply only diluted on carrier oil or cream. It can’t be diluted in water. Avoid it during pregnancy and lactation. Keep it away from children. Not to be used on children. For external use only. Always first test a small amount of essential oil for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Keep it in a dark glass bottle with a dropper. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with water.
