4. Shop their favourites
The recipient can use the gift card on eligible products available on our website, including our natural soaps, Castile Soaps, magnesium sprays, and other body-care essentials.

2-Year Validity

Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, giving your loved ones plenty of time to discover their favourite products.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: Each gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Once expired, the gift card cannot be extended or reinstated.
2. Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed only on our official website and may be used towards eligible products available for purchase at the time of redemption.
3. Partial Redemption: If the total order value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance may be used for future purchases until the gift card expires.
4. Additional Payment: If the order value exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using the other payment methods available on our website.
5. Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by applicable law.
6. No Cash Value: Gift cards have no cash or monetary redemption value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Lost or Unauthorised Use: Please keep your gift card code safe and confidential. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, shared, or unauthorised use of a gift card once the gift card details have been provided to the purchaser or recipient.
8. Gift Card Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards unless specifically permitted by us.
9. Promotions & Discounts: Gift cards may not be combined with certain promotional offers, discount codes, or other promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Transfer: Gift cards may be gifted or transferred to another person, but once redeemed, they cannot be transferred or reassigned.
11. Fraud & Misuse: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honour a gift card if we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, or violation of these terms.
12. Order Cancellation & Returns: If an order purchased using a gift card is cancelled or eligible for a refund, any refund attributable to the gift-card payment will generally be credited back to the original gift card, subject to our refund and cancellation policy.
13. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to gift cards purchased after the updated terms are published, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Applicable Law: These terms are subject to the laws applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
